More than 2,300 products are now available to purchase from the REPXPERT Tractor Parts Shop after Schaeffler (UK), the manufacturer of LuK clutch and drive components and INA FEAD kits, recently introduced an upgrade to its e-commerce portal.
One year on from launching the Tractor Parts Shop and with awareness still growing, the site now boasts a cleaner layout and is easier to navigate around, meaning a more positive customer experience.
One of the functions is an up-to-date and accurate product catalogue; there are over 1,000 LuK RepSet references to choose from – including transmission bearings, loose discs, single and dual covers, flywheel bearings, front PTOs and dampers – fitting tractors from Aebi to Zetor.
Additionally, there is a new and growing range of INA front end auxiliary drive (FEAD) kits. Depending on the application and FEAD design, each box can contain specific multi-ribbed belts, tensioner and deflection pulleys, as well as overrunning alternator pulleys.
Individual components and complete solutions make-up a product portfolio that is available to buy directly from the Tractor Parts Shop and receive the next working day.
To find relevant parts, if the user knows exactly what OE part reference they are looking for, they can enter that number into a specific search bar; for more detailed searches, the user can source the most appropriate part number by checking the vehicle, product group or OEM number. They can even find dimensional or technical aspects, like materials, under the product details.
Incentive to join
New members that sign-up to the Tractor Parts Shop will not only receive a 10% discount off their first order, like all registered users, they will also have access to an array of additional services that the Tractor Parts Shop has to offer, such as workshop pricing and training.
In addition, they will have access to a dedicated technical support hotline, free and online technical tips and fitting guides, which should guarantee accurate installation.
Tractor manager, Maurice Foot, said: “At Schaeffler, we have always focussed on a ‘customer first’ principle, which is why the recent upgrades to the Tractor Parts Shop are so important in establishing and maintaining a good partnership with our members, as well as agricultural engineers and workshops across the UK.”
