Cornish Tractors was started by Tim and Jean Ward in 1992, at Week St Mary and expanded and updated over the last 30 years. Both from local farming families, Tim and Jean still enjoy keeping South Devon Cattle, alongside the main Cornish Tractors Business.

Tim trained at Lackham College, and then worked on a large Arable unit in Wiltshire. Tim then went onto running a Commercial Game Shoot, on the family farm and started dealing in the odd tractor and machine as a hobby, which soon became the business, which is grown into what it is today, some 30 years later.

Jean says the dealing is still a hobby for Tim that has got out of hand! Cornish Tractors is slightly different from the norm, as they have many different arms to what they sell, & Tim says he only likes selling things he knows how to use. The most important thing for any business Tim believes is the Team, and the team here will give a top quality service across the board, no matter if you are dealing with Parts, Sales, Workshop, or Accounts, with a number of employees with 20 years + making Cornish Tractors and reliable and trustworthy company to deal with.
